Preheat your oven to 350°F
Butter a 23 cm diameter cake pan with a hole in the center. Reserve
Prepare the batter: In a stand mixer, beat all the ingredients at high speed until well combined (about 2 minutes)
Transfer the batter to the reserved cake pan and bake in a microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the batter is firm, but still slightly warm, around the cone-shaped center of the cake pan
Let it cool down
Prepare the topping: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients with a wooden spoon
Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
Remove and let it rest for 2 minutes
Unmold the cake and cover with the brigadeiro
Dust with grated chocolate chips and serve immediately.
