Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, sugar, nuts, and cinnamon
Add butter and knead with your fingertips until you get a crumbly mixture. Reserve
In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Add peaches and stir well
Distribute the fruit in the baking dish and spread the crust on top, covering the entire surface
Gently press down with your hands
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden brown
Serve immediately.
