3 cups (or 360g) of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Sauce:
Pulp of 2 passion fruits
2 cups (or 240g) of grated carrot
1 tablespoon (15ml) of unsalted butter

Sauce:
Pulp of 2 passion fruits
2 cups (or 240g) of grated carrot
1 tablespoon (15ml) of unsalted butter
Cake:
Beat the eggs, sugar, passion fruit juice, water, and grated carrot in a blender
Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well
Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 30 minutes
Sauce:
Mix the sauce ingredients and heat over low until thickened
Remove the cake from the oven, poke holes with a fork, and cover with the sauce.
