In a small saucepan, combine the strawberry filling, water, and cook over low heat, stirring until the filling melts and forms a smooth cream
Unroll the puff pastry and cut into circles of about 4cm in diameter
Use a brush to lightly moisten the edges of the circles with water
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes
Remove, let cool, and fill the pastry with the strawberry cream
Distribute the cream cheese over each flaky pie and bake again for 10 minutes
You can serve warm or cold
The puff pastry is done when it's golden brown.
