In a bowl, combine the love apples, almond flour, water, and let it soak
In a blender, beat the ricotta cheese, egg yolks, heavy cream, and the remaining almond flour
Mix the all-purpose flour and baking powder
Add the reserved love apples and whipped egg whites
Distribute the dough among buttered molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
