1 cup (ch) of roasted and ground peanuts
6 tablespoons (ch) of honey

Bring a pot with water without salt to a boil
Carefully place the peanut nests into the boiling water, using a skimmer, being careful not to break the rolls
Cook until they start to come apart
Remove them from the water with the skimmer and let them drain on a clean cloth
Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, greased and prepared
Fill the centers of the nests with toasted and ground peanuts
Drizzle each one with a tablespoon of honey and place in a medium preheated oven to bake until golden and crispy
Remove them from the oven still warm with the aid of a spatula and arrange on a platter
When ready to serve, drizzle with more honey.
