Beat the butter or margarine with half the sugar
Beat the egg yolks and add to the butter mixture, beating constantly
Sift together the flour and yeast
Add to the mixture above, slowly, alternating with milk
Mix well and pour into a small baking dish (20 x 30 cm) greased
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Combine the remaining sugar, coconut, and lime juice
Mix carefully and spread over the batter to the edge
Bake in a slow oven (325°F) for about 45 minutes
Cut into squares to serve
