Milk Cake
Preheat the oven to high heat and grease a 26x40 cm baking sheet
In a mixer, beat the egg whites until fluffy
Gradually add the sugar, beating continuously
Add the yolks and beat for 10 minutes
Add the flour and salt, mixing carefully
Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool completely before flipping onto a surface dusted with sugar and cutting into two layers
Filling
Melt the guava in water over high heat
Spread over one half of the cake and top with the other half. Reserve
Cake Topping
Mix the confectioner's sugar with lemon juice and cover the entire cake
Dust with cinnamon
Cut into 6cm squares and serve
