Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup of boiling water

1 cup of butter, softened

1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk

1 can of condensed milk
2 1/2 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Heat the milk over medium heat until it caramelizes
Add the boiling water to the milk and stir until dissolved
Spread the sauce at the bottom and sides of a 25 cm diameter form. Reserve
Dough
Preheat oven to 200°C
In a blender, mix together butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and milk until well combined
Pour the dough into the caramelized form
Pudding
In a blender, mix together condensed milk, milk, cocoa powder, and eggs
Slowly pour over the dough and bake in a water bath at 200°C, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool, then refrigerate, unmold, and serve.
