1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
Beat rapidly in a blender all the ingredients for the dough
2 Transfer it to a baking dish of 20 x 30 cm
The liquid should be left with 1 inch of height
Put it in the oven until firm
Remove, let it cool and put it in the fridge
Syrup
1 In a pan, put sugar and caramelize over low heat
Add water to the sides, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves
Cut the dough into rectangles and serve with syrup.
