One 15-ounce can of Green Corn, drained (150g)
Four Eggs
Three-quarters cup of Fresh Corn (100g)
One and three-quarters cups of Milk (480ml)
One-third cup of Vegetable Oil (80ml)
One Tablespoon of Active Dry Yeast

Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a 10-inch round cake pan with butter and dust it with flour. Reserve
In a blender, beat all the ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place it in the preheated oven to start browning (about 40 minutes)
Reduce the temperature to 150°F (low) and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (about 10 minutes)
Remove from the oven and let cool
Unmold onto a decorative plate and serve immediately
