Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Grease and dust with flour only the bottom of two 25.5 x 12 cm loaf pans
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Beat for 1 minute
Pour into separate loaf pans
Bake in the moderate oven for about 50 minutes or until inserting a toothpick it comes out clean
Let cool for 10 minutes
Release the sides and unmold
Get 2 loaves
Serve one and freeze the other for next week
Each loaf makes 10 slices.
