Directions

Mix the sugar with the water and bring to a low heat until it forms a syrup, just right

Add the peanuts and let cool

Add the eggs, ..

Add the flour sifted with the baking powder and mix slowly

Incorporate the egg whites delicately and pour into a greased and floured mold

Bake in a medium preheated oven and, if desired, fill with ice cream at serving time.
