300g all-purpose flour, sifted

Two spoons sugar
One cup milk
Half a tablet of beer yeast
One maca
For the sweet crust:
Two spoons sugar
One teaspoon ground cinnamon
One spoonful all-purpose flour
One spoonful butter or margarine
One spoonful grated lemon zest

Mix the flour with the butter or margarine and shortening
Add the two whole eggs, the beer yeast dissolved in warm milk, the sugar, and salt
Work the mass until it's homogeneous
Pour into a greased mold and let it rise in a warm place
After that, prepare a sweet crust by mixing together the sugar, cinnamon, flour, butter or margarine, and grated lemon zest
Place the maca slices on top of the risen mass
Dust abundantly with the sweet crust
Bake at moderate heat for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low and bake for about 30 more minutes.
