Cream the butter or margarine with the all-purpose flour
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add the well-beaten yolks to the mixture
Sift together the cassava flour, salt, and yeast
Alternate adding the egg mixture and flour mixture to the creamed butter or margarine, beating well
Beat very well
Add the lemon juice and brandy, mixing well
Pour into a greased tube pan, making sure it's evenly distributed
Bake in a preheated moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
