For the dough
500g ground almonds
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 large egg whites

1 teaspoon confectioner's sugar
1 large egg white
1/2 teaspoon vinegar

Mix the almonds with your hands
Add the baking powder and egg whites, mix well
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens at the bottom of the pan
Spread on a smooth surface greased with butter and let cool
Form rolls 2cm in diameter with the prepared dough
Dip your hands frequently in cold water
Start forming rings 15cm long and gradually increase the size
Join the ends, forming a ring shape, and place in a greased baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until firm
Do not let it brown
Let cool slightly and remove carefully from the baking dish
Prepare the glaze: beat all ingredients well in a blender for 10 minutes
To assemble the cake, grease the base of each ring with the prepared glaze (start with the largest)
Place one on top of another, forming a cone shape
Hold for 20 minutes
Note: To serve, each guest breaks off a piece of the rings with their hands.
