Melt the butter, combine the cornstarch dissolved in milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly
Let it cool, mix in the rice, ground beef, cream cheese, eggs, mustard, red pepper flakes, white cheese, salt, pepper, onion, and yeast
Mix well
Pour into a greased and floured pan
Bake for 45 minutes.
