400 g of cod (unsalted)
1 kg of potatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 minced garlic tooth
1 medium-sized onion, diced
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 egg whites
400 g of cod (unsalted)

1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Cook the cod in water for 15 minutes
Drain and flake
Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash
2 Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown
Add the cod and cook for 2 minutes
Remove from heat
3 Mix together the mashed potatoes, margarine, eggs, grated cheese, yeast, salt, and pepper to taste
Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold into the mixture gently
4 Grease a 30 cm cake pan with a central hole
Pour in the mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool slightly before serving
Serve with salad.
