Margarine (for greasing)
For the dough
1 cup of wheat flour (120g)
3/4 cup of sugar (135g)
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of margarine (50g)
1/3 cup of mashed banana (80g)
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk (60ml)
For the topping
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of hot water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of confectioner's sugar (150g)

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of confectioner's sugar (150g)
Grease an 18x25cm baking dish with margarine and set aside. Reserve
Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Prepare the dough
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, yeast, and cinnamon. Reserve
In a blender, blend the butter with the mashed banana until you get a creamy mixture (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the egg and blend until the mixture is smooth
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, mixing well with a wooden spoon until a smooth batter forms
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
Let it cool
Prepare the topping
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon. Reserve
Spread the topping over the cake and let it cool completely
Cut into squares of 6cm, place on a plate, and serve.
