2 cups of wheat flour

2 to 3 ripe bananas

Whisk together the flour, yeast, baking soda, and salt
Mash the bananas well
Put the eggs in a blender and blend until smooth
Stop the motor and scrape down the sides of the blender
Add the bananas
Blend until well combined
Stop the motor again and scrape down the sides of the blender once more
Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing well until a soft dough forms
Pour into a 25cm round cake pan that has been greased
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool in the pan to remove and serve
