Mash the bananas well with a fork
Combine the remaining ingredients, mix quickly, and then beat in an electric mixer to obtain a homogeneous mass
Pour the batter into an English muffin tin (11 x 28 cm) greased with butter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for about 45 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick into the center, it comes out clean
