1 kg of sweet potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
100g of chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup of chopped hot sauce
3 egg whites
200g of mozzarella cheese, grated
100g of provolone cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 kg of sweet potatoes

Peel the sweet potatoes

Boil them in water and salt until they're tender

Drain and puree them

In a bowl, mix together the sweet potato, half the butter, half the Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, chicken breast, salt, pepper, and hot sauce

Beat the egg whites until they're light and fluffy, then fold them into the mixture

Pour half the mixture into a greased and floured 25cm-diameter cake pan

Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese, then cover with the remaining mixture

Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and dot with the remaining butter

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
