Preheat the oven to medium temperature and grease the English muffin tin well with butter
Combine the flour, yeast, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl
In a mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the eggs, beating them just until combined
Add the honey, orange zest, and coffee, beating until smooth
Alternate adding the flour mixture and the wet ingredients, beating until a smooth batter forms
Fold in the chopped hazelnuts
Pour the batter into the prepared English muffin tin
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool completely
Wrap the cake in aluminum foil and let it rest for one day before serving.
