Cream the butter until it's smooth
Add the egg, water, and vanilla and beat for an additional 5 minutes
Combine the flour, yeast, and beat until a homogeneous mass forms
Add the butter flavor and beat for an additional 5 minutes
Mix in the shredded coconut with your hands
Form balls of 1.5 cm diameter and shape with a fork
Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 200°F (preheated oven) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
