4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 kg Ground Beef

2 tablespoons mustard

Mix the eggs and milk
Add all-purpose flour, onion, parsley, and salt
Add ground beef and mix well
Place in two loaf pans of approximately 22 x 10 cm
Bake in a moderate oven preheated for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until done
Remove any excess liquid that has formed
Serve in portions of 6 per serving, reheating as needed
To freeze: unmold, refrigerate
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil
To reheat from frozen: remove from freezer and place in refrigerator the night before; if desired, mix ketchup and mustard and spread over the top of the meat cakes, then warm in oven
