500 g of ground beef
4 slices of bread, crust removed and torn into small pieces

3 cloves of garlic, minced

3 tablespoons of olive oil
300 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together, except for the olive oil and mozzarella cheese
In a non-stick skillet, place the olive oil and spread half of the meat mixture, pressing it down well
Top the meat with slices of mozzarella cheese, leaving a small border around the edges
Cover with the remaining meat and press the edges together
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until golden brown
Slide the meatloaf onto a plate and flip it over
Let it cook on the other side until golden brown too
Serve hot, portioning into 5 servings.
