Wash the camarao and arrange it in a shallow baking dish
Cover with white wine
Sprinkle with pepper and cover with butter in small pieces
Mix the garlic, green onion, salt, and crumbled bread well to obtain a type of paste
Spread over the camarao and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
Serve immediately
