6 bananas peeled

Wash the bananas thoroughly and separate the stems from the body
Blend the onion, parsley, oregano, rosemary, vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a food processor until well combined
Place the bananas in a bowl and add the blended seasoning mixture
Let it rest for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld
Drain the bananas and coat them with wheat flour
Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat
Fry the bananas until they are golden brown on both sides
Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
