Cook the green beans quickly in boiling salted water
Do not overcook them; they should still be crisp
Drain and cut into diagonal strips about 3 cm long. Reserve
In a large pan, heat the olive oil along with the curry paste
When the aroma starts to release, add the pork loin chops, soy sauce, and ground cumin
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is well cooked
Add the green beans and stir
Serve hot, sprinkling with crispy fried pork rinds
