0.5 cup of red wine
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
0.25 cup of milk, approximately

Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion for 1 minute
Add the salted capers, mushrooms, parsley, and sausage; cook until lightly browned
Add the red wine and simmer on low heat for a few minutes until the wine evaporates
Let it cool down
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, crumbled sausage, and breadcrumbs
Mix well
Add the reserved vegetables and beaten eggs
Season with salt and black pepper and mix well
Add the milk gradually to achieve the right consistency
Adjust the seasoning and divide this mixture into two loaf pans greased with butter or cooking spray
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for about an hour
Let it cool down, then slice
Serve as sandwich filling, garnished with your preferred greens and tomato slices.
