1/2 pound of codfish
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped

1 glass of coconut milk
1/2 cup of dendê oil

Leave the codfish to soak overnight
Remove the skins and bones and cut it into small pieces
Fry it with all the seasonings, except for dendê oil
Once the codfish is cooked, add coconut milk, dendê oil, and let it simmer for a few more minutes
Make a batter with rice flour and pour it into a wet mold
Unmold the batter onto a baking dish and top it with the codfish and surround it.
