Prepare the Fish
Cut each Piranha into three pieces
Season them with Salt and Pepper, then place them in a pressure cooker
Cover with water
Cook the Piranha for about 40 minutes
While waiting, prepare the sauce
When the Piranha is ready, remove it from the cooking liquid
With a spoon, gradually pour the cooking liquid into the same pot where the sauce was made
Stir well and let the sauce cook for another 15 minutes to thicken
Before serving, sprinkle the sauce with chopped cilantro and chives
Cover the pressure cooker and let it simmer in the steam for a few more minutes
If desired, also add a small finely chopped onion
Prepare the Sauce
Mince the garlic cloves and sauté them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Brown well
Add the tomato paste, onion, and diced tomatoes to the sauce
Stir well with a whisk until it's smooth and simmering
Pour in 3 cups of water and let it boil
While keeping the flame on, add the Piranha cooking liquid that has been strained to the sauce.
