Mix everything together and shape into a long, oval loaf
Dust the loaf with wheat flour and place it on fire with some oil to brown
Then, pour in water (or beef broth) afterwards
Add 1/2 cup of white wine
Turn the roll over every now and then, being careful
Cook for 2 hours in a covered pot, tightly sealed.
