4 cups of finely chopped cabbage (about 1/2 kg)
1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of grated carrot
1 clove of garlic, minced
250g ground beef
2 eggs
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1 medium potato, peeled and grated (about 1 cup)

1 medium potato, peeled and grated (about 1 cup)
Fry the cabbage and onion in olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes
Reduce the heat slightly and fry until the cabbage is tender (about 5 minutes)
Add the carrot and garlic and fry for another 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Preheat oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Mix together the ground beef, eggs, flour, oregano, salt, black pepper, vinegar, and water in a large bowl
Add the cooked vegetables and potato, mix well
Shape into a loaf about 20cm long in a baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil, pressing it tightly around the meat
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes
Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing
