2 kg of fish fillets or whole fish

1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of tomato puree
1 medium onion
1 green or red bell pepper
2 Malagueta peppers
2 bay leaves
3 soup spoons of lime juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
5 sprigs of thyme
5 sprigs of parsley

Marinate the fish with lime juice, salt, and pepper
Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender
Place the fish in a baking dish coated with oil and pour the marinade on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the fish is cooked through without falling apart
Serve with rice
