4 slices of melted cheese (about 125g)
1 can of tomato sauce or a homemade equivalent
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

Preheat the oven
Clean the fish fillets with a damp cloth
Season with salt, pepper, and onion
Place a slice of cheese on top of each fillet (if the fillets are small, cut the slices in half)
Roll up the fish fillet over the cheese and secure with toothpicks
Place in a baking dish
Pour tomato sauce over the top
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cover with butter
Bake at moderate heat for 30 minutes
Serve in 4 portions.
