Combine all the ingredients except for the linguiças and bacon
Mix well
Place half of the mixture into a 28.5 cm long loaf pan
Arrange two rows of 4 linguiças on top of the meat
Cover with the remaining meat, pressing down firmly
Top with slices of bacon
Bake in a preheated oven
Remove the formed liquid and unmold the cake
Let it rest for 6 to 8 hours, or until desired
