Chop the pork into pieces and grind them in a meat grinder
Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter and add the pork together with the egg and seasonings
Add the breadcrumbs
Mix well
Heat the remaining butter
Add the cabbage, season with salt and pepper
Cover and let it simmer for about 5 minutes
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Grease the parchment paper with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
In the prepared loaf pan, layer alternate pieces of ground pork and cabbage, ending with the pork
Cover with parchment paper
Put it in a hot oven (200°C) and bake for 35 minutes
Reduce the oven temperature to moderate (170°C) and finish baking
Let it cool slightly, remove the parchment paper
Turn out the loaf, remove any remaining parchment paper, and cut into slices
Serve 4.
