Preheat the oven to high temperature and grease the mold with olive oil
Season the beef with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Saute the garlic and onion in olive oil, until the onion starts to brown
Remove from heat and add ground beef
Douse bread with milk
Add beef and prosciutto, mix well and divide into two portions
With one portion of beef, line the bottom and sides of the mold
Fill with requeijão and cover with the other portion of beef
Bake for 40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown
Drain excess liquid and unmold
Sauce
Mince garlic and sauté in olive oil until it starts to brown
Add diced tomato, salt, and black pepper
Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes or until the tomato starts to break down
Serve with the cake
