Soak the bread rolls in milk

In a skillet, cook the onion, garlic, and bacon over low heat without letting it burn
Set aside to cool

Squeeze the soaked pork belly into the milk

In a large bowl, combine the pork, raw meat, eggs, cooked bacon mixture, salt, and pepper
Mix until all ingredients are well combined

Shape into a rocambole shape

Top with bacon slices and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for an hour or until golden brown.
