For the dough
3 small grated carrots
4 eggs
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the glaze
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of milk

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Grease a 9-inch round cake pan
Prepare the dough: beat the grated carrots, eggs, oil, and flour in a blender until smooth
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt
Add to the carrot mixture, stirring well
Mix carefully
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool slightly and remove from pan
Prepare the glaze: combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then let simmer for 3 minutes
Remove from heat and pour over the still-warm cake
Serve at room temperature.
