Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients very well
Pour into a 25 cm diameter cake pan (ring mold) greased and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing
Serve cold
Slice into 5 portions.
