8 eggs
1 1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1/3 cup of unsweetened chocolate
7 tablespoons of butter, softened
10 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream, whipped
Chocolate Cream:
320 grams of dark chocolate, melted and cooled
2 cups of freshly whipped heavy cream

In a bowl, beat the eggs well with sugar
Add the sifted wheat flour, chocolate, and nuts
Mix well and add the softened butter, mixing delicately
Place the mixture in a greased and floured cake pan and place the pan in a hot water bath
Bake at low heat (150°C) for about 35 minutes
Cut the cake in half horizontally and fill with some of the whipped cream
Use the rest to decorate the top of the cake, using a piping bag, if desired
To make the cream, mix the ingredients well.
