Preheat the oven to 350°F
Beat all the ingredients in a mixer until the batter is smooth
Place in a greased and floured cake pan, 22 cm in diameter
Bake for 40 minutes
Glaze
Combine red fruits with sugar over low heat
Stir until sugar dissolves, removing from heat once boiling
Assembly
Unmold the cake and poke it with a fork
Cover with glaze of red fruits
Decorate to taste.
