Dough:
125 g of butter
2 cups of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of milk
5 tablespoons of chocolate chips
Filling:
3 tablespoons of softened butter
3 cups of confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
zest of 1 orange
pulp of 3 oranges
1 well-beaten egg white
5 tablespoons of chocolate chips
Dough:

To make the cake, cream the butter with the flour and eggs
Alternate adding milk and dry ingredients
Finally, add the beaten egg whites, folding them in carefully
Divide the dough into two equal parts
Add the chocolate chips to one of the parts
In a greased pan, alternate placing 1 tablespoon of white dough and 1 tablespoon of chocolate dough
Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes
Let it cool and cut it into three layers
To make the filling: combine the butter, confectioner's sugar, orange zest, pulp, and egg whites
Beat until smooth
Fill the cake with this mixture
Top with chocolate shavings
Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving
Refrigerate or store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
