1 Crumb the cake into small pieces
Set aside some hazelnuts for garnishing and grind the rest in a blender
2 Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions, then add caster sugar, rum, and let it cool
3 Mix the cake, pudding, and hazelnuts very well and pour into a removable mold lined with aluminum foil
Place it in the freezer until firm
4 De-mold and cover with whipped cream
Garnish with some hazelnuts.
