Preheat the oven to medium temperature and grease the form with butter
In a blender, beat the butter with the jelly until smooth
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Add the flour, lime zest, and baking powder and beat until homogeneous
Place the dough in the form
Bake for 40 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick into the center, it comes out dry
Let it cool
Topping
Mix well the jelly with lemon juice
Unmold the cake, cover with the jelly, decorate with orange blossoms, and serve.
