1 tablespoon of oil

1 handful of spinach
1 cup of peanut, unsalted
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Dry-fry the oil and quaker oats in a pan until the latter is translucent
Add the water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until all the water has evaporated
Cook the spinach with a little water for 5 minutes
Mix the peanut and 1 egg in a blender until it forms a creamy consistency
Beat the other egg lightly and add to the spinach mixture
Add the quaker oats, remaining salt, and pepper
Blend well
Pour into an English muffin tin greased with oil, and bake at moderate temperature for 5 minutes
Let cool for 5-10 minutes
Cut into slices
