1/2 cup of spinach
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of cake flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of spinach

Place the spinach in a pan and cook until it starts to wilt
Drain the liquid that forms and season with olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Mix well and remove from heat
Add the yolks, milk, flour, and cheese
Mix until smooth and add the beaten egg whites
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and sprinkle with cake flour on top
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown
