Melted Butter (for greasing)
2 medium-sized chicken breasts, skinless and boneless (580 g), cut into small pieces
1 medium-sized onion (100 g), cut into small pieces
4 medium-sized tomatoes (480 g), without peel or seeds, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons of thyme leaves
6 scallions, cut into thin slices

Grease a 6 cm x 10 cm x 21 cm loaf pan with butter and reserve
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for eggs and bacon, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the mixture starts to boil (about 5 minutes)
Reduce the heat to medium, cover the saucepan, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender (about 10 minutes)
Achieve the oven at 180°C
Transfer the chicken and thyme mixture to a processor and blend until smooth
Place it in a bowl, add eggs and bacon, and mix delicately with a spatula
Transfer it to the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven until firm (about 40 minutes)
Remove from the oven and let cool
Unmold onto a platter and reserve
Prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine cream cheese and milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts (about 2 minutes)
Transfer to a blender, add thyme leaves, and blend until smooth
Cover the chicken with this sauce and serve immediately
